FAQs about Onpay

What rates do you offer?

CardSave offer discounts on their already fantastic rates, to OnTop eCommerce customers. Generally Onpay agreement rates are 1.2–1.75% on credit cards and 28–35p on debit cards, depending upon what you are selling.

Who is eligible?

To be eligible you must have one of our eCommerce Packages.

CardSave do have criteria (set by Streamline) of who they can and cannot work with. This really depends on what you are selling. Please Contact Us to find out whether you can benefit from this exclusive agreement.

Any there any other charges?

Generally a set-up fee of £50 applies. This can normally be waived for Onpay clients (depending upon individual circumstances). The monthly service fee is £19.95, which includes a virtual terminal so you can take payments directly over the phone.

How do I apply for these rates?

Simply Contact Us using the form below and we will have a CardSave agent contact you to establish the best rates they can offer you as an Onpay subscriber. By contacting first you will automatically be eligible for Onpay rates (providing that you meet the criteria set out by CardSave). The CardSave agent will be able to give you the final decision.

What if I am with CardSave already?

Then unfortunately the Onpay agreement cannot apply. If you have agreed a rate with CardSave directly, we cannot offer you our exclusive rates.

I have approached CardSave and was not offered these rates, can I apply?

Possibly. It depends how long ago you were offered rates directly through CardSave and whether the enquiry is still on record. CardSave won't discount rates that have already been agreed, so it is important that you Contact Us first to get the best deal.

I am with Worldpay, can I apply?

Possibly not. Because WorldPay is also operated by Streamline they don't make migration easy. This is also seen as poaching clients and this is not allowed under our exclusive Onpay agreement.
