Key People - Who you may have spoken with already...
Cas Paton - Business Development Consultant
If you are thinking of growing your online business, think of Cas. He's been with OnTop since 2006 and has become a backbone of support for many businesses. He has a wealth of experience and has helped many companies to grow massively from the internet.
With a no-nonsense approach, Cas is an active Business Development Consultant and an eCommerce expert. He likes to work with new clients, to help them to make the right choices for their online businesses, but also focuses on internet marketing strategies.
Simon Lennon - Web Development Manager
Simon supervises all of our web development work as our Web Development Manager. He researches up-and-coming technologies that can benefit our clients and spends time optimising our eCommerce solutions, while managing the web development team.
Simon's always involved in project specifications and consultations, enabling our clients to benefit from the most accurate quotations. He joined OnTop in 2008 as a web developer and by proving his abilities over the past 3 years has now been promoted to this new role.
Shawn Hallums - Project Manager (Build)
Shawn joined OnTop in late 2010, bringing with him many new ideas, as well as the talent to back them up. Shawn has proven to have considerable creative and technical skills and is now an invaluable member of the project management team.
Shawn has worked closely with many of our key clients to develop bespoke web systems and corporate sites. Shawn is now responsible for all customer liaison and became a Project Manager in August 2011, ready for our expansion into new markets.
Lee Young - Web Designer
Whilst some in our industry are blessed with either web design or development skills, Lee spans both of these. With a good working knowledge of web technologies, particularly web design, Lee is an asset to OnTop and therefore an asset to your eCommerce project.
Lee is a talented and creative web designer and is exceptional at branding and logo design. Lee joined us in 2010 and now manages our web design team to create high-quality and stunning design, for all target audiences and individual branding requirements.
Jason Stevenson - Project Manager (Support)
As a dedicated and hard-working Project Manager, Jason is responsible for launching all projects within OnTop, and ensuring that you have the necessary support post launch to manage your website, including Administration training and demonstrations.
Jason makes sure that you are comfortable with your website throughout the warranty period and works with you to create the most appropriate support package. He is extremely meticulous and ensures all websites meet our rigorous quality assurance standards.
Daniel Wilkins - Web Developer
Whilst being a talented eCommerce site builder, Daniel's workload has moved more into serious back-end PHP development. Daniel gets involved in a wide range of complicated, interesting and rewarding projects, from simple integrations to full development.
Daniel has proven to be a valuable project leader and quite often takes the lead on smaller eCommerce and web development projects. Daniel has worked on projects for multi-national companies while at OnTop, without folding to the pressure.
Callum Springford - Web Developer
Callum joined our team in early 2011 and has already proven to be a great asset to the company. While at OnTop Callum has taken the initiative to manage many eCommerce projects and assist to train junior staff members, with a particularly good eye for detail.
Mainly working with eCommerce Administration (Control Panel), Callum is now responsible for some of the most important areas of our eCommerce solution, but he's got it covered and he knows it! His attentiveness and intuitive nature makes him a great developer.
Joe Frampton - Web Developer
Originally an Intern with us, Joe impressed us so much that he was offered a full time role at OnTop in July 2011. He is now seen working on many new eCommerce projects, complex web development projects and liaising with clients, every single day.
Since joining our team, Joe has managed to impress management and has recently been working on some of the latest intuitive web technology that we are bringing to market over the next 12 months; improving our solutions of service offering. Joe is here to stay.
Peter Borowiec - Web Developer
An integral part of the team, Peter works solely with eCommerce development and eCommerce updates. Peter has an eye for design and is responsible for ensuring that our eCommerce sites look as stunning as the approved client design.
Peter will take an approved eCommerce design concept and build it into a fully working and reliable eCommerce website and will then undertake quality assurance, working closely with Jason, to ensure that all projects are 100% perfect both visually and functionally.
Sophie Dobbs - Marketing Manager
As our newest staff member, joining in October 2011, Sophie has joined OnTop to assist us in our own business development and is responsible for all of our own online marketing and general awareness campaigns.
She has jumped knee-deep into our development and has already brought many ideas to the table, for both our UK and overseas growth. With Sophie on our team, we can grow a more reliable infrastructure that will benefit us and our clients.
