With a no-nonsense approach, Cas is an active Business Development Manager and an eCommerce expert. He likes to work with new clients, to help them to make the right choices for their online businesses, but also focuses on internet marketing strategies.

Simon supervises all of our web development work as our Web Development Manager. He researches up-and-coming technologies that can benefit our clients and spends time optimising our eCommerce solutions, while managing the web development team.
Simon's always involved in project specifications and consultations, enabling our clients to benefit from the most accurate quotations. He joined OnTop in 2008 as a web developer and has proven his abilities over the past 3 years, he's now been promoted to this role.

As a dedicated and hard-working Project Manager, Jason is responsible for launching all projects within OnTop, and ensuring that you have the necessary support post launch to manage your website, including Administration training and demonstrations.
Jason makes sure that you are comfortable with your website throughout the warranty period and works with you to create the most appropriate support package. He is extremely meticulous and ensures all websites meet our rigorous quality assurance standards.

Shawn joined OnTop in late 2010, bringing with him many new ideas, as well as the talent to back them up. Shawn has proven to have considerable creative and technical skills and is now an invaluable member of the project management team.
Shawn has worked closely with many of our key clients to develop bespoke web systems and corporate sites. Shawn is now responsible for all customer liaison and became a Project Manager in August 2011, ready for our expansion into new markets.
